Napoli report concerning injury updates on Alisson and Meret

Napoli revealed injury updates on Alisson Santos and Alex Meret following their 1-0 defeat to Arsenal on September 9, 2026. Max Allegri provided significant insights regarding the players' conditions after the match, stating, "We’ll be without Alisson Santos for a while; I’m not sure about Alex Meret."

Napoli faced an injury crisis heading into the UEFA Champions League opener, already missing players such as Scott McTominay, Andre Frank Zambo Anguissa, Alessandro Buongiorno, Luca Marianucci, and Giovane.
