Kasia Niewiadoma Conquers Mont Ventoux at Tour de France Femmes

Kasia Niewiadoma achieved a remarkable victory on Friday, 7 August 2026, atop the famous Mont Ventoux, earning her a coveted Maillot jaune. The climber from Canyon-SRAM, victorious in the Tour de France Femmes 2024, triumphed solo with a lead of 1 minute and 16 seconds over the Netherlands' Demi Vollering.

Niewiadoma's victory marked the high point of a tense stage that saw her, Vollering, and Marlen Reusser all competing for the overall championship.
