Madugu Unveils Squad For Super Falcons Vs Senegal

Super Falcons head coach Justine Madugu unveiled his squad for the upcoming two international friendly matches against Senegal. The announcement took place on May 31, 2026, as reported by Completesports.com.

Madugu included key players such as captain Rasheedat Ajibade, goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie, and veteran forward Asisat Oshoala. He also recalled midfielder Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene and forwards Francisca Ordega and Gift Monday, while offering opportunities to Belarus-based Blessing Nkor and Turkey-based midfielder Kafayat Shittu to join the squad.

Additional players in the squad included home-based goalkeeper Anderline Mgbechi, England-based Rofiat Imuran, Israel-based defender Sikiratu Isah, defender Tosin Demehin, midfielders Halimatu Ayinde and Toni Payne, as well as forwards Folashade Ijamilusi and Joy Omewa. Three players, Christy Ucheibe, Shukurat Oladipo, and Rinsola Babajide, who recently won titles with their clubs, also made the list.

The Super Falcons will host Senegal in their first match on Friday, June 5, with the second game scheduled for Monday, June 8. Both matches will take place at the Remo Stars Sports Complex in Ikenne-Remo.
