AFC Bournemouth took the lead, as Eli Kroupi scored, with an assist by Marcos Senesi, in the 36th minute.
João Palhinha equalised for Tottenham Hotspur in the 78th minute.
The deciding goal came in stoppage time, when Antoine Semenyo scored for AFC Bournemouth, with an assist by David Brooks.
Tottenham Hotspur are in 14th place after the game, while AFC Bournemouth are in 15th.
