Manchester City's unbeaten run extended after 3-0 to Chelsea

Chelsea vs Manchester City

Manchester City enjoyed a great game in the Premier League and their ninth game in a row without defeat came away to Chelsea. The game finished 3-0.

The first half was goalless, but straight after half-time, Nico O'Reilly made his mark as he netted, with an assist by Rayan Cherki, to give Manchester City the lead.

With 57 minutes on the clock, Manchester City's Marc Guéhi found the net following a Rayan Cherki assist to double their lead.

Manchester City found the net once more, this time through Jérémy Doku in the 68th minute.

It leaves Chelsea in sixth place and Manchester City in second. Manchester City are 6 points behind Arsenal.

"Not good enough in the second half. We didn't start the half well, we had moments to clear the box and didn't. We had the moment to keep the ball and didn't. They were camped in our half for the first five minutes, where we concede a goal. Great cross and great header," Chelsea boss Liam Rosenior said to Sky Sports.

Chelsea's next Premier League games are against Manchester United (home) on 18 April, Brighton & Hove Albion (away) on 21 April and Nottingham Forest (home) on 4 May. Manchester City play Arsenal (home) on 19 April, Burnley (away) on 22 April and Everton (away) on 4 May.
