Fulham's Cairney Saves the Day, Securing Point in Crystal Palace Stalemate

Jean-Philippe Mateta's first-half goal put Crystal Palace ahead 1-0 against Fulham in their Premier League home clash. However, Fulham staged a comeback in the second half, with Tom Cairney  netting the equalizer. The game ended in a 1-1 draw.

The match was even in terms of goals until Crystal Palace took the lead in the 39th minute through Jean-Philippe Mateta, with an assist by Nathaniel Clyne.

Tom Cairney  equalised for Fulham with an assist by Saša Lukić , in the 80th minute.

The game was the fourth in a row without a win for Crystal Palace.

The result means Crystal Palace are now in 10th place in the table and that Fulham are 11th in the league.
