31st Tour of Togo: Bjorn De Decker to Compete for Belgium

The 31st edition of the Tour of Togo will feature a notable competitor, the Belgian cyclist Bjorn De Decker, who is the winner of the 2025 Tour of Mali. De Decker will be starting the race with his national team, aiming to showcase their talent on the Togolese roads.

Expressing his enthusiasm about participating in this competition, De Decker revealed his anticipation for the event. "I am very eager for the Tour of Togo. It is a new destination for me, as I have never been there before," he stated to the Togo Federation's communications team.

De Decker is curious to explore the race route, although he acknowledges the strong competition he will face. "I do not yet know the course in Togo, so I am very curious to discover it. However, I have noticed that the competition will be intense, with Mali and Burkina Faso as the main favorites."

Despite the challenges, he assured that his team comes with high ambitions. "With Belgium, we will give our all to achieve a remarkable performance."
