Cioaba Aristica satisfied with Aduana FC draw against Hearts of Oak

Cioaba Aristica, head coach of Aduana FC, expressed satisfaction following his team’s draw against Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday, May 10, 2026. The match took place at the Accra Sports Stadium, where both teams were eager to secure three points to improve their standings in the league's top four. Despite their efforts, neither team managed to score, resulting in a point for each side.

In the post-match interview, Cioaba Aristica commented on the fatigue in his squad, which he attributed to a congested schedule over the previous week. "It was a difficult game. This week we played three games—two away and one at home. We traveled long distances, and some players are tired," the Romanian coach stated.

Aristica highlighted the importance of the draw, stating that it provided his team with a valuable point as they approach their last two matches of the season. "It’s good that we didn’t lose the game. We have another game, and we will aim to finish in the top four," he added.

As the season nears its conclusion, Aduana FC currently holds fourth place in the Ghana Premier League with 47 points. The team from Dormaa is set to face Young Apostles in their next league match at Nana Agyemang Badu Park.
