Barcelona quickly settled the contest, scoring both goals in the first half, with Marcus Rashford and Ferran Torres netting. Rashford initiated the scoring in the ninth minute with a stunning free-kick that curled into the top corner. Ferran Torres increased the lead in the 18th minute, finishing a well-orchestrated attacking move involving Dani Olmo. The result confirmed Barcelona's position as Spanish champions and extended their strong record against their rivals.

Daniel Akinyemi, a UNILAG student, described the event as one of the best football viewing experiences on campus. "The tension was palpable from kickoff. When Rashford scored that free-kick, the place just exploded. Watching El Clásico with this crowd was extraordinary," he said. Another participant, Bolaji Alao, commended the inclusive atmosphere created by the organizers. "It felt like being inside a stadium, everyone was engaged in the game, including rival supporters who enjoyed the experience together," she remarked.
