Nana Kofi Donkor leads Dinamo Tbilisi to victory over Spaeri

Ghanaian teenager Nana Kofi Donkor inspired FC Dinamo Tbilisi to a 2-1 victory over Spaeri FC in the Georgian Erovnuli Liga. The match took place on May 8, 2026, at the Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena, where Donkor started and played the entire 90 minutes.

Dinamo Tbilisi had a strong start and took the lead in the 29th minute, with Donkor scoring a brilliant goal after receiving an assist from Saba Kharebashvili. Just five minutes later, the home team doubled their advantage when Mate Vatsadze found the net, benefitting from a setup by Nikoloz Ninua.

With a comfortable 2-0 lead by halftime, Dinamo Tbilisi controlled large parts of the second half, managing to withstand pressure from Spaeri for most of the match. Spaeri eventually managed to reduce the deficit in the 82nd minute through Zurab Golubiani, but Dinamo Tbilisi held on to secure all three points.

Donkor's goal marked his second of the season, coming after nine appearances in the 2026 Erovnuli Liga campaign.
